根据 Apple 的 App 隐私准则 (App Privacy Guidelines)，我们在此明确披露应用中的数据收集行为。请注意，“收集”不仅指发送到我们服务器的数据，也包括发送到第三方服务商（统计、广告等 SDK）的数据。

1. 为什么我们需要收集数据？

第三方 SDK 会在以下场景下收集数据：

  • 统计分析：使用设备标识符（如 Android ID）来记录应用启动、页面访问和崩溃日志，以优化产品性能。

2. 我们收集的信息类型

  • 设备或其他标识符：Android ID 以及第三方 SDK 为统计或安全目的生成的标识符。
  • 设备与网络信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、语言、网络类型、IP 地址、应用版本。
  • 应用活动：页面访问、按钮点击、功能使用频率等应用内事件。
  • 位置信息：通过 IP 地址推断的粗略地理位置；本应用不会主动收集精准定位用于核心功能。
  • 诊断数据：崩溃日志、错误信息、启动时长、性能监测指标。
  • 广告相关数据：设备广告标识符（IDFA）、广告点击与展示数据，用于提供个性化广告体验。
  • 分享与支付信息：当您主动使用分享功能或内购功能时，应用会通过 iOS 系统组件处理。支付信息完全由 Apple 处理，我们不会接触您的银行卡信息。

二、第三方 SDK 使用列表

为了保障应用的稳定运行及实现相关功能，我们接入了以下第三方 SDK：

三、数据安全保障

我们承诺采取合理有效的安全措施保护您的个人信息。我们自己的网络请求使用 HTTPS/TLS 加密传输，并尽力选择提供安全传输和数据保护机制的第三方 SDK。

特别说明：我们会通过应用内隐私弹窗向您说明数据处理情况，并在您点击“同意并继续”后初始化由应用主动控制的统计及广告 SDK。分享功能使用 iOS 系统分享面板。由于系统服务或 SDK 可能存在必要的基础组件加载流程，我们不会承诺所有组件在同意前完全不运行；但我们会尽力避免在获得同意前主动触发非必要的数据收集。

四、数据保留与删除

本应用不提供账户系统。您在应用内创建的字帖内容、下载的字体文件和偏好设置主要保存在您的设备本地，卸载应用通常会删除这些本地数据。

我们服务器可能因字体下载、接口访问和安全维护而保留必要的访问日志。除非法律法规要求或为了处理安全事件需要更长时间，我们通常会在不再需要时删除或匿名化这些日志。

第三方 SDK 收集的数据由对应 SDK 服务商按其隐私政策保留和处理。您可以通过卸载应用停止后续数据收集。

Introduction

Telbox ("We", "Us", or "Our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information in accordance with Google Play Data Safety requirements.

1. Data Collection & Safety

In alignment with Apple App Privacy guidelines, we disclose that "Collection" refers to data leaving the device, including data sent to our servers and third-party SDK providers.

Why do we collect data?

  • Analytics: To monitor app stability, page views, and crash reports using device identifiers.
  • Functionality: To enable font downloads and sharing copybook images you choose through the Android system share sheet.
  • Security and compatibility: To identify runtime environment, network status, and compatibility signals that help keep the app stable.

Types of Data Collected

  • Device or other identifiers: Android ID and identifiers generated by third-party SDKs for analytics or security purposes.
  • Device and network information: Device model, operating system version, language, network type, IP address, and app version.
  • App activity: Page views, button taps, and feature usage frequency.
  • Location information: Approximate location inferred from IP address. The app does not actively collect precise location for its core functionality.
  • Diagnostics: Crash logs, error information, launch time, and performance metrics.
  • Advertising Data: Device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), ad interaction data used for personalized advertising.
  • Sharing & Payments: Sharing and in-app purchases are handled via iOS system components. Payment information is processed exclusively by Apple.

3. Your Rights & Consent

We provide an in-app privacy notice before normal use of the app. SDKs that are actively controlled by the app, such as analytics and advertising SDKs, are initialized after you tap "Agree and Continue." Sharing uses the iOS system share sheet. System services or SDKs may still load limited technical components required by the platform or SDK runtime. We try to avoid actively triggering non-essential data collection before consent.

You can withdraw consent by uninstalling the app, resetting or limiting your advertising ID in system settings, or contacting us.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

The app does not provide an account system. Copybook content, downloaded font files, and preferences are mainly stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app usually deletes this local data.

Our servers may retain access logs necessary for font downloads, API access, and security maintenance. Unless a longer retention period is required by law or security incident handling, we delete or anonymize these logs when they are no longer needed.

Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained and processed according to each SDK provider's privacy policy. You may uninstall the app to stop future collection.
